Zero trust for AI, from the start
Waylon Krush and Femi Fashakin founded ZeroTrusted.ai to bring Zero Trust principles to AI in defense missions and commercial environments with demanding security requirements.
2023
Continuous model assurance
Early AI HealthCheck development focused on evaluating models, retrieval workflows, and vector databases for privacy, reliability, and governance.
2024
Runtime protection and recognition
AI Firewall expanded runtime guardrails. ZeroTrusted.ai received Product Hunt recognition and was assessed Awardable in the CDAO Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace.
2025
Governance across AI connections
The MCP Gateway and model-agnostic governance announcements extended the focus to connected AI systems. Expansion into Brazil and recognition by Enterprise Security Magazine broadened the company’s reach.
2026
Governed agent operations
AI SOAR brings together agent registration, deep testing, SWARM missions, Autonomous SOC, and GRC evidence. The Daiwabo distribution agreement expands delivery in Japan.

Co-Founder & CEO

Waylon Krush

Waylon brings more than 27 years of cybersecurity and technology leadership across government, defense, intelligence, and commercial markets. A U.S. Army veteran, he founded and led Lunarline, acquired by Motorola Solutions in 2020, and subsequently served as Chief Technologist for Motorola Solutions Cybersecurity Services.

His work spans secure architecture, incident response, risk management, AI governance, and training security professionals. He has provided expert testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives, contributed as a technical reviewer to NIST SP 800-53A, and holds CISSP, CISA, and CGRC credentials.

Femi Fashakin

Femi co-founded ZeroTrusted.ai and serves as Chief Technology Officer. His work focuses on the technology behind secure AI interactions, privacy protection, and integration of AI models into enterprise workflows.

As an early product maker, he explained the platform’s middleware architecture, prompt sanitization, and context-preserving data protection. At ZeroTrusted.ai, his technical leadership supports the shared goal of making AI useful while keeping users, models, and agents accountable.
